Tim Bosson is from an estate agent family background formally based in Surrey. He moved to Herefordshire in 1989 running his own company as a fully qualified independent financial adviser before returning to his estate agency roots in 2001. As a former senior manager of a large corporate estate agency in Worcester and then residential manager of a prominent independent Estate Agency in Hereford he has experience and knowledge of most buildings types and their foibles in the areas we cover. This combined with knowing what vendors/landlords and their agents/solicitors needs are, enable Marches Energy assessors to offer a first class professional, efficient and friendly service.

We offer a 24 hour guaranteed turnaround service from inspection to delivery of EPC’s. The only occasion when this may be a problem is if the property is not registered on the Landmark system in which case it make take an additional 48 hours.
On HIPS we aim for the same 24 hour turnaround from inspection, completed PIQ (property information questionnaire) and cleared funds to download the mini HIP. The completed HIP timescale is dependent on the time local councils take to get searches out but we estimate it to be within 10-20 working days.
HIPs are no longer a legal requirement but we still offer a HIP service to those vendors wishing to speed up the house selling process.
